Targeted Advertising Opt-Out

Email Marketing

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you from future marketing sends. You can also email compliance@actuatemedia.com and ask to be removed. Transactional emails — such as replies to an inquiry you submitted — are not affected.

SMS / Text Messages

If you opted in to text messages from us, you can stop them at any time:

Access, Correction & Deletion

How to Submit a Request

Email compliance@actuatemedia.com with the request type (access, correction, deletion, or opt-out) and the email address or phone number you have used with us, so we can locate your information and verify the request. You may also use an authorized agent; we will ask the agent for proof of your written permission.
